My tech abstract paintings take lots of time to formulate. How do you take one concept and create a piece of art? Lots of thinking. For hybrid working I thought about the locations people can work from, the circumstances that dictate this, the decision of balance between locations and the connectedness of those that need to communicate. Working from home or from the office influences our processes and defines our programming.

During this next phase in defining the work place there is renewed focus on us as individuals and traversing our way through the complexities of our environment.
