The Greenock Cut is a brilliant 11km trek taking in different landscapes around the Inverclyde area.
Walking the circular path allows you to take in some great views starting with this one I painted a couple of weeks ago.
This work shows the view of the Clyde and onto the Cowal Peninsula in Argyll and Bute. Regular container and cruise ships sail though the Firth but on this occasion I’ve painted in tiny yachts that frequent this part of the Clyde.
The scenery was a vivid mix of green, yellow and brown hues and I’ll be back to show you some more.
