Each of the central pillars represents consciousness but which is organic and which is synthetic? Artificial general intelligence today is exciting and intimidating at the same time and as compute power increases, the line between human and machine diminishes ever further.
I found finishing this piece challenging over the several weeks as it was difficult to focus with other changes occupying my mind. I finally got up early one weekend and knew how to complete it. This started as a lighter painting but took a darker tone and in the process satisfied my sense of accomplishment.
